Service Description
This session allows me to assess hair health, hair goals, lifestyle, maintenance needs, and sets realistic expectations. Ensures proper service selection, pricing accuracy, and long-term hair integrity.
Cancellation Policy
CONSULTATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL NEW CLIENTS AND MAJOR SERVICES! If an appointment is booked with no consultation on file it will be cancelled. All service appointments require a $50 non refundable reservation fee for booking. This fee will be applied to the final total at the end of your service. Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 48 prior to your appointment are eligible for the deposit to be transferred to your new appointment time. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment will forfeit the reservation fee. Any new appointment scheduled would require another $50 fee.
