Cancellation Policy

All service appointments require a $30 non refundable deposit and a card on file for booking. An address is required as we are temporarily providing travel services only. Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 48 prior to your appointment are eligible for the deposit to be transferred to your new appointment time. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment will forfeit the deposit and be charged 10% of the service. Any new appointment scheduled would require another $30 deposit.
